By accessing and using the services provided by Domain Detailing Co., you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not use our services.

2. Services

Domain Detailing Co. provides professional car detailing services as described on our website. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Scheduling: All services require an appointment, which can be made through our website, by phone, or in person.

Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price.

Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule or reduce the scope of services to accommodate our schedule.

4. Payment

Prices: All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are subject to change without notice.

Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and selected e-wallets.

Deposits: For certain services, we may require a deposit to secure your appointment.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Removing personal belongings from the vehicle before service
• Informing us of any pre-existing damage or issues
• Providing accurate information about the vehicle
• Ensuring the vehicle is in a condition that allows us to perform the requested services safely

6. Warranties and Guarantees

We strive to provide high-quality services, but results may vary depending on the condition of your vehicle. We offer a 48-hour satisfaction guarantee for all our services. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion, and we will address any issues at no additional cost.

7. Limitation of Liability

Domain Detailing Co. is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage not noted during our initial inspection
• Damage that occurs during the normal detailing process due to pre-existing conditions
• Loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle
• Delays due to unforeseen circumstances

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Domain Detailing Co. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without our written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
