3. Vehicle Condition

We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage or defects not documented during our initial inspection
• Normal wear and tear that may become more visible after cleaning
• Damage due to rusted, corroded, or extremely deteriorated surfaces that may be revealed during the detailing process

4. Personal Items

Please remove all valuable personal items from your vehicle before service. While we take utmost care, we are not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle during the detailing process.
